How it works

Three small steps and we're watching your system.

Step 1

Pick your plan

Choose the level of monitoring and service that fits your situation. Basic is free; paid tiers add alerts and on-site service.

Step 2

Connect your system

We walk you through giving us access to your manufacturer's monitoring portal — Enphase, SolarEdge, or others. Takes about 5 minutes.

Step 3

We watch it daily

Every morning at 3 AM ET we check your production. If anything looks off, we let you know — and on Pro+ Labor, we handle the labor when something needs warranty work.

Pick the plan that fits

Did your solar installer go out of business?

You're not stuck. Whether your system was installed by Pink Energy, Freedom Forever, Titan Solar, Vision Solar, ADT Solar, or another company that's closed — if your panels still produce and your inverter shows up in its manufacturer's app, we can take over from here.

General

What is solar monitoring?

Solar monitoring is a lot like alarm monitoring for your house — except instead of intruders, we watch for anomalies that negatively impact your solar system. If you sign up for active monitoring (Pro and above), we'll also send you alerts when we notice something off, so problems get fixed before they cost you money.

Do I need to install any new hardware?

Normally, no. If your system already shows up in your manufacturer's app (Enphase Enlighten or mySolarEdge), it'll show up in our portal too.

Do you support systems someone else installed?

Absolutely. If your system has a manufacturer monitoring portal — Enphase, SolarEdge, etc. — we can monitor it. We're adding more brands over time.

What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?

Pro+ adds an annual on-site visit where we check on your system and wash your panels. Both tiers come with the same monitoring, alerts, and warranty support — Pro+ is just the 'we'll come out once a year' upgrade.

What does 'we handle warranty claims' mean?

When we spot a hardware issue that's covered by the manufacturer warranty, we work directly with the manufacturer (Enphase, SolarEdge, etc.) to file the claim and coordinate the parts. On Pro and Pro+, you'll still be charged for our technician's labor. On Pro+ Labor, the labor's on us.

Can I switch tiers later?

You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades from Pro+ or Pro+ Labor have to wait until your contract term is fulfilled.

What's covered

What does Pro+ Labor cover?

When your equipment manufacturer (Enphase, SolarEdge, etc.) honors a warranty claim, they typically cover only the replacement part — not the labor to install it. Pro+ Labor means we don't bill you for that labor. It does NOT cover damage from outside causes — hail, squirrels, etc. — or detach-and-reinstalls when you re-roof.

Why is Pro+ Labor only available in Georgia and South Carolina?

That's where our service technicians are based right now. We'll let everyone know as soon as we expand to new areas.

Can I cancel anytime?

Basic and Pro are cancel-anytime. Pro+ and Pro+ Labor require completion of the contract term before you can cancel.

What if my system goes offline because my internet is down?

Most of the time your system will auto-reconnect once the internet comes back — as long as the login credentials haven't changed. Sometimes a brief on-site visit is required to get things back online.

Other questions

Will you call me on the phone if something breaks?

We'll text or email — whichever you prefer. You set the contact method when you sign up.

Do you sell my data?

Heck no. Your data is yours. We use it to monitor your system, full stop.

What if I sell my house?

If your contract is paid in full, the monitoring transfers to the new homeowner — actually a great selling point for them, since they're inheriting a system they don't yet know how to manage. Heads up: there are usually separate transfer fees from your equipment manufacturer to move the system's warranty into the new owner's name.

How fast do you respond to alerts?

Our system pulls data every morning at 3 AM Eastern. If something needs your attention, you'll get the alert first thing in the morning, starting around 8 AM Eastern.

Is there a free trial?

Basic tier is free forever — there's no trial because there's no commitment. The catch: Basic doesn't include active alerts or monitoring. We're just on call when YOU notice something off.

Does Basic tier include active alerts?

No. Basic is for homeowners who want a company they can call when something doesn't look right. We don't actively watch your system on Basic — but if you ever need repair, warranty, or service work, having Basic gives us the access we need to help you fast.
